Jeff Fewel possesses over 20 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience with varied positions ranging from valuation, consulting, and property inspection. Over the past 20+ years, Mr. Fewel has produced detailed appraisal reports for a wide range of commercial properties for private individuals, financial institutions, and lawyers located in primary, secondary and tertiary market areas in Southern California. He has held senior appraiser roles within two commercial real estate companies where he developed new client relationships and consistently delivered top-quality appraisals. .
Mr. Fewel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance from California State University, Fullerton. He has a California Certified General Real Estate License (AG033312). He has also successfully completed California State University, Fullerton Extended Education Courses in Real Estate that include Fundamentals of Construction and Land Valuation, Sales Comparison Approach to Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Valuation, Site Valuation and the Cost Approach, Legal Considerations in Real Estate Appraisal, and Ethics in Real Estate Appraisal (USPAP). He has successfully completed the Advanced Income Capitalization (Course 510) from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Fewel maintains a plant-based lifestyle and is certified in plant-based nutrition (E-Cornell) and yoga. He is also certified as a personal trainer (NASM) and a nutrition coach (NASM). Mr. Fewel is an avid sports fan and enjoys following German Soccer (Bundesliga) and SC Freiburg as well as NFL football and the Dallas Cowboys. |
