Mark Holmes is a real estate professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Mark has appraised and conducted market studies throughout the United States specializing in apartment communities and healthcare facilities. This work has included bank, CMBS, institutional financing, feasibility work with Owner/Developers along with a primary focus on HUD-Financed deals including MAP and LEAN assignments.
Mark graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate. Mark also worked at the Ritz Carlton Orlando where he learned the “Ritz Way” to customer service. He has completed the HUD-sponsored MAP and LEAN training sessions. In his personal time, Mark is passionate about living an active, healthy lifestyle. He enjoys hiking, tennis, golf, nature, reading, self-development in addition to wine tastings, time at the beach and with family and friends. |
