Dan has worked as a commercial appraiser specializing in seniors housing and healthcare valuation since 2013. He has performed valuations and property inspections on hospitals, assisted and independent living communities, medical office buildings, senior apartment complexes, and nursing homes for both conventional and HUD based loans. Prior to starting in commercial real estate, Dan worked in the Chicago metropolitan area for 25 years performing residential valuations for banks and mortgage companies.
Dan graduated from Illinois State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in History. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He also enjoys sports - especially Notre Dame football. |
