Scott has managed fixed assets and building depreciation projects encompassing over $3 billion in assets since 2009, serving as both a Lead Project Manager as well as a Senior Appraiser. He is an expert at all types of inventory and valuation projects, including fair market value, insurable replacement cost, and historic reproduction cost information on buildings/structures, land improvements, and contents/equipment. As a Project Manager, Scott has managed large-scale fixed asset inventories and valuation assignments for hospitals, clinics, higher education, and state & local governmental entities. These projects include working in sensitive environments such as hospital/clinic patient space, BSL laboratories, nursing units, and ICUs.
Mr. Hodges graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Hodges was an active member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, an avid rec league sports member, and huge fan of his National Championship winning football and basketball teams. He hopes one day his Gators may yet again reach the pinnacle, but cautious optimism and reality seem to chip away at those hopes every day. |
