TJ has specialized solely in seniors housing and healthcare valuation and market studies since he started in commercial real estate appraisals in 2005. Prior to joining OHC Advisors, he held leadership roles at several national healthcare real estate valuation firms including leading a national seniors housing real estate practice. He has also testified successfully as an expert witness.
TJ attended Arizona State University where he studied business and real estate at the WP Carey School of Business. He also has earned his MAI and ASA designations. He holds appraisal licenses in multiple states and a real estate managing broker license in Illinois. When not traveling for work, he enjoys traveling for pleasure with his wife and three children, Taylor, Aidan and Ellie. He also enjoys golf and all things Chicago sports. |
